Terms and Conditions
After a photo service is discussed by phone/text/email, an email of the agreed on contract is sent to the customer. This includes scheduled time and date, location, fee, and list of services expected at the location.
Also expected delivery is specified in contract such as immediate delivery. In this case, photos are transferred over to a thumb drive for fast usage such as realtors needing photos for MRIS listings. If this is not the case, then post-processing is performed and then usual delivery is about 1 to 2 days later. In post-processing, photos may be changed for composition, lighting, and other touch ups.
Before any service call is made on the appointment day, the contract email needs to be acknowledged by an email back from the customer. This protects the customer and the photographer so there is no doubt what is expected.
All fees include a 6% sales tax for digital products. Digital media is treated as taxable tangible property by the state of Virginia.
If for any service call to a scheduled appointment at a location is missed due to a no-show of customer or designated person to allow photographer to complete job, a charge of $40 will then be issued to the customer. Please let us know 2 hours before appointment if need to reschedule.
After the photo service is completed, we have a 30-day money back guarantee if the customer is not satisfied in anyway. Every attempt will be made to correct any issues found by the customer.
Payments can be accepted by check, cash, or by PayPal business invoice email. Any checks need to be made out to Tahoe Innovations, Inc. If by PayPal, follow the directions with the invoice on paying by credit card or debit.
Tahoe Innovations Inc. is the owner of the copyright for the photos and videos used in any service. They may not be reproduced without prior written permission. Photos may be reproduced in printed and online publications for marketing and advertising unless notified not to use photos from a specific event.
